Review for Provincetown Counter Productions, Provincetown, MA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Counter Productions & Susan Grilli, it's artistic director, and the company of actors & tech. do a broadway worthy job every time. I have worked with the company at different times as the stage manager and I am continually impressed & honored to work with everyone. For the last 10 months other work have taken me away from working with Counter Productions. It has been a pleasure to be an audience member for the shows that happened over that time and see the continued growth of the company. It just keeps getting more & more polished. They bring NYC quality to our small community theater here on the lower Cape. I am grateful to everyone involved for this enriching addition to the community. Thanks Counter Production. Thanks Susan Grilli.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

enriching the community I live in. Also, giving many of us nonprofessionals an opporunity to work in a first class company.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the artistic director's ablity to bring the best out in her actors, both experienced & unexperienced ones. The enjoy of sharing the experience of creating exceptional theater.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

kind, professional in their actions, helpful, easy to work with.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

build a permanant home and continue it's good work.

Ways to make it better...

some of the systems that are in place now were in place then.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

finding a home in Provincetown the town they are based out of. Right now they are renting from another theater. For the find of a permanant home, one needs funding. Receiving this award would go a long way on grants the company has applied for.

One thing I'd also say is that...

This company is worthy of any & all support it can receive.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month
