Review for Dove Inc, Decatur, IL, USA
Dove does many things. Most people think of their domestic violence advocacy, but the Dove program that I volunteer for is the Dove Children's Clothing Room. I have volunteered two Mondays a month for nearly 4 years. It is set up like a store and families can come there once a month and get three outfits per child. We also have coats, scarves hats, and mittens in the winter, and new socks and underwear to give the families, while supplies last, year round. I think it really helps families and I enjoy spending time there.

Review for Catholic Relief Services, Baltimore, MD, USA
CRS has decades of experience in providing relief and a high percentage of every dollar goes directly to the people in need, not for administrative costs, and the like. The day of the earthquake in Haiti, I went to their website to donate, without being prompted to do so, because I knew they were already on the ground in Haiti and experienced in the needs and culture of the people there.
