Thank you Eamen Hameed for sharing your wisdom today! Taking that first step on a physical and/or mental journey to your best self can sometimes be hard but once you take it, it feels oh so good!! I highly recommend working with Eamen to anyone wishing to start such a journey! His voice alone was so calming, but with every encounter he opens my eyes to so many new ways of looking and talking about things. He truly invests himself in what he is doing and it is felt. I am so appreciative for this newfound awareness!
