Review for The Starving Artist Theatre, Arlington, VA, USA
Bravo to The Starving Artist Theatre for providing a forum for emerging playwrights to have their work produced and performed before the public. Often, theatre companies will not take the risk of producing the work of first-time playwrights, but The Starving Artist Theatre shows how valuable these fresh new voices are to the public and the theatre community with often humorous, always compelling results.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the variety of plays produced. Seeing several works by playwrights from across the U.S. in one night shows how much untapped talent there is in this country.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
give emerging playwrights and actors a forum for expressing their talents.
