I have been a caring companion for 7 years. The time spent with my companion are a treasure I will remember forever. I am allowed to be in their lives to help them , share laughter and stories. My family has either passed on or moved. I feel they gave more to me than I am able to repay. I have volunteered for other positions and always felt appreciated. If you need a way to give back to your community this is a supportive and friendly organization.

My daughter and grandson moved 1800 miles away leaving me feeling alone and unneeded. Being welcomed by the people in Missoula Aging Services I once again felt useful. I have become a member of an extended family with friends I look forward to seeing and a way to give back to my community. Some of the nicest people in Missoula are here and you only need to volunteer to meet many more. Thank you Missoula Aging Services for all you do for those seeking your services and those volunteering. You rock!!!!
