I've been with NGF since the beginning. It's wonderful to see how it has helped so many children and their families, as well as the teens who volunteer as tutors. Volunteers have a tangible impact on the kids. You can see it in their smiles.

I have been with NGF since the beginning, in 2007. Over the course of 9 years, NGF has helped thousands of children and their families and provided challenging and rewarding experiences to teens. I am proud to be part of this organization ... because every child deserves a chance!

I've been part of NGF from the beginning. What's really special about the SmarterMe program is the relationship between the teen tutors and their students. It's a mutually beneficial relationship that changes lives. Without a doubt NGF has changed the community for the better, and I am proud to be part of it.

I've been with NGF since the very beginning and still don't realize the full impact that NGF has on the community. NGF invests in our youth, from the teen tutors to the children that they tutor. That they go on to become leaders and contributors to society is NGF's legacy. Right now, our tutors from five years ago are graduating college, while the children they tutored are matriculating at middle and high school. I'm confident they will enter society as bright, inspirational lights.

NGF has also focused on helping the parents, and the parents have come together to support NGF as well. They recently made and sold over 500 hot, delicious tamales to help raise funds for NGF. It's wonderful to see the community - parents, volunteers, professional, businesses - support NGF.
