The battle with cancer is so tough! The battle with a recurring cancer is even tougher! Yet so few charities step in to brighten the day for children with recurring cancers! That's where the Elle Foundation steps in to assure these children that they are not forgotten; that their battle is worthwhile; that life has lots of bright moments and events to look forward to! I know of this organization as my son was fighting his brain cancer in the hospital room next to Lauren Richmond's. To Lauren it was important that he maintained hope! She wanted all terminally ill children to know that people cared about them; that she cared and that there are always second chances and second wishes to be fullfilled! Lauren's family now carries her wish and legacy via The Elle Foundation! I have firsthand witnessed the joy the Elle Foundation brings to terminally sick children when they need it the most! The importance of this organization is vital to so many in need; a magic moment - a wish may indeed be a lifesaver. Please consider the Elle Foundation when you give your support to no -profit organization!
