The Pain Community is here to help those in pain find their voice and speak out for compassionate, quality and just treatment of pain. They have chat rooms for those who need to talk to someone about what they are going through. Blog posts that stimulate discussion on a variety of topics related to Pain and the management of pain. Educational materials to help inform and educate the person in pain and the general public. Discussion forums and a lot more. I support The Pain Community as a volunteer and serve on the steering committee. I receive a lot of personal and group support and I am kept up to date with the latest news and research on pain issues. This is not a place to whine about pain...it is a place to advocate for self care and advocate for the best treatment possible for your pain. If they don't know the answer they will hunt for it until they find it.
