Review for OPERATION WARD 57, Orting, WA, USA
Operation Ward 57 is on my very short list of Non- profits that are well- run trustworthy. I especially like that they tailor their help to the individual recipient and their family. Some need coffee pots and financial help. Some need food and recreational activities. All need something.
I remember the weekly fun meals they brought to the wounded warrior floor at Walter Reed during the 7 months I spent there with my son. Sometimes it was the only bright spot in our day, and the only time I left the hospital room.
More recently, Operation Ward 57 has sponsored teams to participate in the NaKoa Regatta in HI. My son describes that experience as “ life altering”.
Thank you Operation Ward 57 for sticking with our wounded warriors now for years. It is so important that they not feel forgotten, though their needs have changed.
Review for Coastal Animal Rescue and Educational Sanctuary, Georgetown, SC, USA
I have supported SC Cares since a visit with my grandchildren 5 years ago. They are wonderful in every way. I feel comfortable that every dollar goes for the animals.
