The Carmichael Chamber of Commerce is pleased to recommend the SCIP program. We have been a donor to the organization which has worked with kids to build into their lives. Mike Saigeon has been a valuable asset to this organization as he has helped to lead it with care and integrity. I'm sure we will all look back to see that they affected kids lives for the better. They are a valuable asset to the community.
