As a commercial business banker, specializing in the nonprofit area with over 150 nonprofit and foundation clients including several multi-million dollar clients, and over 30 years in commercial banking, I can say without question the Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation (LAPRF) is one of my favorites. Their mission to assist the LAPD Reserve Corps is selfless and something to be admired. The entire Board and all the Officers of the LAPRF are unpaid volunteers who do an amazing job and should serve as an example to other nonprofit organizations. I admire what they and the entire LAPD Reserve Corps do and they certainly live up to their motto of being Twice a Citizen.
