I have been a mentor for single mothers living at the Providence House for 4 years. I was given many talents from God so I decided to give back to our less fortunate. I could have gone many other places to mentor but I chose Providence House. Why? It is a caring & supportive & family oriented facility. Also I liked the concept that the mothers are held accountable & must adhere to a disciplined environment which will help them transition into society. Two of my mothers have graduated & are doing very well on their own, working & continuing their college education while raising their children.
I am privileged to be a part of the Providence House community.
