Grand County Rural Health Network is instrumental in keeping Grand County residents healthy and happy. The Network provides strong programming such as ACHES and PAINS (providing vouchers for medical, dental and mental health needs) which assist children and adults. Programs that help those in need!
They also provide resources and referrals helping to navigate local health care systems. They work closely with other services agencies in the county ensuring connections are made to improve one’s health. My agency works very closely with them on a weekly sometimes daily basis. Their staff is always warm and welcoming, willing to help however they can.

I have personally seen them change many lives for the better! Thank you for serving our community!
