We used OPH to obtain our second dog. Was very impressed with Mindy and the OPH staff. Very thorough but quickly completed vetting process. Mindy knew that we needed a hypoallergenic breed and kept her eye out for us. Once we found the dog we wished to adopt, Mindy and the Foster Mom were in constant communication and we loved that the Foster Mom would send pictures of Frannie during the waiting process. Additionally, was impressed when we received a call from the OPH medical staff, advising of a small issue with Frannie, and giving us the option to wait until the issue cleared up before finalizing the adoption. We declined but appreciated the call and option. Long story short, we have had Frannie 2.5 months and she is doing great. Will certainly use OPH again and would recommend to anyone wishing to adopt a rescue.
