Review for Tustin Police Officer's Association - TPOA cares, Tustin, CA, USA
Tustin Police Officer's Association, TPOA cares is a wonderful non-profit that provides valuable services to their new fallen and injured law enforcement officers fund. This non-profit is dedicated to mentoring children in the city through a variety of athletic events. The TPOAcares programs are fun, reliable and a strong investment back to the community of the City of Tustin.
Review for The Station Foundation, Bozeman, MT, USA
I was given information regarding The Station Foundation by a former US Navy SEAL whom donated his time working with the TSF Gold Star Children outreach program. This program pairs surviving children who lost a parent with a SpecOp mentor who may have known their parent. Offering them the opportunity to gain insight on their parent whom they are living a lifetime without and to learn vital leadership skills for their own future. The purity of this program touched my heart. I wanted to support this program any way I could, being a single parent myself of tragic circumstances I know how important mentoring and guidance are to a vulnerable young spirit. It is a life changing detour. We only afford so many developmental years and whom we surround ourselves with is life critical, it's all in the selection process. Military organizations go through a vetted selection process for their special operation commands. These veterans are part of our national heritage and are irreplaceable. When we lose a warrior we lose a future, there is a family, a community and a nation that loses a lifetime of creative assets and capability that positively affects our society. The Station Foundation creed and ethos step outside of the military community while embracing it at the same time, they represent the spirit of nation building in our own hearts and minds. We as a People are required to serve others in this country, out of the gift of being born an American or a new immigrant, we are here for the Hope and pursuit of freedom and happiness. This requires effort and sacrifice. We are nation of many, and connected we stand united. When we divide and enter into the realm of selfishness we lose and become ill. We are obligated to help those in need, it is what makes our people the greatest unified force on Earth, we are caregivers, not just takers. Supporting this Veteran organization is the life beat of our country and our future. Veterans understand the fight. They live the Wars they engaged on our behalf their entire life, it is embedded in the fabric of their future, hopes, dreams and discounts of service. I challenge all who read this to support this Foundation and contribute. You do not have to serve in the military to support a family or a child in need, you merely need to contribute, and there are many ways you can conduct yourself. You will feel better. -Shawn Alladio

Review for Kanalu (K38), Kaneohe, HI, USA
Kanalu (K38) provides a valuable educational outreach service through a variety of programs. These programs serve the greater good in terms of Hawai'ian cultural awareness, global education for lifesaving, an awards program and an association of water rescue safety professionals.
These programs have an international outreach and serve many people and nations. The cultural program is designed to preserve and educate the modern generation in the ways of the ancestral Hawai'ian 'Kanaka Maoli', the people.
Tom Pohaku Stone is a cultural icon representing the Kanaka Maoli. He has held fast to protect and preserve the Historic Hawaiian He'e Nalu and He`eholua Pi`i Mai Ka Nalu, a traditional Hawaiian surfing and sledding outreach program. Tom and Pake AhMow travel the world sharing this knowledge and the first hand experience to participants on creating and laying their hands upon the design and construction of traditional Hawai'ian shaped Papahe’enalu (Surfboards).
"He mea Kanaka Maoli - Native Made", Tom is a native Hawaiian and his master crafstman skills represent 2,000 years of tradition, he is sharing this knowledge with the world and with the youth who are our future. His surfboards have been featured in the Smithsonian Institute and he is a public speaker and a former Professor at the University of Hawaii regarding his culture.
There is no other program like this on planet Earth. Kanalu preserves the ways and paves for the future generations a rekindling spirit of embracing our past to create our future.
Kanalu stands for (Catch the wave), as we look to the horizon we ride the wave of humanity from our ancestral heritage, lest we forget our values, our ways, words, deeds and actions.

Review for Phoenix Patriot Foundation, Temecula, CA, USA
'Veterans helping Veterans' is what I have been privileged to witness and actively participate in supporting the Phoenix Patriot Foundation (PPF). The foundation understands service related sacrifice because the founders and original BoD members were active duty US Navy SEALs at the time. PPF is committed towards the personal recovery of combat warriors and issues related to injuries and integration into a new way of life after the combat experience. I have been an Ambassador for PPF for 4 years and have been honored to work with the men and women who have been wounded since the War on Terror began on 9/11 on behalf of PPF. I am honored to work with their JET SKI and FAMILY outreach programs and support a host of fundraising activities in the field and through online services such as social media. I am a private business owner and that provides training programs for our nation's Special Operations Waterborne Divisions and have a firm understanding of boat operations and team leadership. My company ethos is to give back to those whom we serve and PPF iss part of our company Mission for Kanalu K38, which is our sister organization that is also a non-profit educational outreach organization. Supporting PPF is important because of the community connections, the ethos the founders swore an oath by to protect, defend and represent our flag, and also the brotherhood they are united under is one of a honorable heritage. Please support and actively participate in this charity, your contributions are life enhancing. -Shawn Alladio
