Review for Junior State of America, Oakland, CA, USA
The Junior State of America has not only helped me improve my speaking skills, but allowed me to interact with students also interested in civic engagement, politics, debates, etc. This organization allows students to really experience what it is like to be states men and women. Everyone has a place in JSA, whether you know little to nothing about politics, or whether you are a stellar debater who wants a greater challenge. The Junior State of America will help you grow into a more knowledgeable person and encourage you to positively engage and participate in the society around you.
