Review for The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation, Littleton, CO, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I found this wonderful foundation while living in Colorado and my son started having seizures. He’s twice gone into status and has nocturnal seizures, his neurologist told us about SUDEP and that he was a high risk for it and it scared me to my core. Researching epilepsy I stumbled across The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation and thank god I did as otherwise I would have lost my sweet boy. Thanks to this foundation I found out about Emfit monitors and had we not had one to alert us of what was status again with my son face down in his pilllow I would have lost him. I am forever eternally grateful for Julie, Doug and the foundation

What Julie and Doug do for others is amazing. Through their grief they set up this foundation determined to help prevent others from experincing the same heartache they did. Thru educating others, helping provide grants for monitors and service dogs, and also a loving supportful ear to anyone who needs it. Words can not describe how I feel about this family

No words can truly express how wonderful Doug and Julie really are. Thru the terrible loss of their daughter they formed their foundation to provide life saving monitors and grants for service dogs to help try to prevent any parent from going thru the pain and heartache they did. Not only do they do all this for others they are also there to support so many others in every way. They have attended a fundraiser for our son and also came to our home to help surprise our son with his service dog. And of that isn't enough they are always there to leand an ear or shoulder when we need support. Like I said no words can truly say how much they go above and beyond for others
