I have been working as a volunteer for almost two years and I have found that OPH rescue is the most honest, thoughtful, community minded organization that I have ever known. The Board and all volunteers work tirelessly to approve applications and match rescue dogs with great homes. Te network of amazing foster homes are true heros. There is no false advertising or preferential treatment. The process is fair and thorough. All of the people involved want only the best for these dogs and puppies. All of the volunteers work other jobs and give many hours to this well run, well organozed non profit. I am an attorney and have worked I the public sector for years. I can say without reservation that all goals are met with professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness. No applicant is ever promised a particular dog u til the application is completed. I have handled hundreds of happy adopters who have nothing but praise for how well OPH Rescue is run and how happy they are with their adopted dog.
