I have to honestly share my awesome experience with OPH. I have been a volunteer with this organization since April of 2011 and must say, it's been extremely positive. Not only is the Founder a pleasure to work with, but the volunteers who dedicate their time to the dogs, are all amazing! I absolutely love how this rescue offers a wealth of knowledge and the ability for volunteers to be empowered and learn a great deal! I find it refreshing that this rescue allows you to volunteer in areas which best suite your strengths, but also provides you training and guidance if/when needed. As a foster, I enjoy seeing how much OPH's leadership cares for the dog's well being, as well as, for their volunteers. I always feel I have the support I need. I can't imagine how different my life would be if I had not joined OPH. I am extremely thankful to OPH for the opportunity to change lives and contribute to such a great organization!
