Review for Sky Island Alliance, Tucson, AZ, USA
I know of no other grassroots organization who does so much to nurture the preservation, awareness, restoration, advocacy of cherished places. Their "place" is the sky island region of southwest Arizona and I have been supporting them for years. They put together tremendous volunteer outings with outstanding hands-on accomplishments, they reach out to the neighboring sky islands south of the border, they have raised an awareness of jaguars and are a strong voice of advocacy on their behalf, they work to preserve, protect, restore the land, as well as raise awareness of the greater need for conservation efforts in the area. This is one of the best action-oriented, boots on the ground, passionate and community minded groups I've ever encountered!

Review for Buffalo Field Campaign, West Yellowstone, MT, USA
This is an organization that without a doubt has been in the trenches day in and day out for the buffalo. They are 100%++ committed to the buffalo's well-being and the right to live, even when there are others who want to abuse them and kill them. They are there while we cannot be there, raising awareness, watching out for their safety on the roads, tirelessly trying to protect them against very misguided and wrongful politically-driven hazing and round-ups by government entities. If BFC didn't exist I wonder if these buffalo would ever have a chance against the politically-driven forces that want to wipe them out. BFC is a critical member of the greater Yellowstone community. When I support them and their efforts, I am a part of the greater Yellowstone community, along with local residents and ranchers who want to see these buffalo live. BFC vigilently fights for the buffalo's right to live. All with extremely modest financial resources. Thank you BFC!

Review for Center for Biological Diversity Inc, Tucson, AZ, USA
I have been supporting CBD for several years and continue to be very satisfied at how effective, diligent, tireless they are "in the trenches" presenting a unified and consistent voice for wildlife habitat, corridor preservation, endangered species advocacy. I appreciate them going up against the Big Guys, raising critical awareness, as well as holding the government agencies accountable. They never cease to amaze me how much they can do with so little. I know the money I donate is put to its intended use.
