Review for Texas Homeless Network, Austin, TX, USA
They have done NOTHING to help my woman there in Texas. I've been calling them, had one message on phone and he told me to call later, the result: no one answers the phone! I called more than 15 times at different dates and times in accordance to the texas time zone.
I believe their heart is in the right place, but from what I've experienced, they do NOTHING. I still hope that she can get help, and she is in a serious situation where medicines and food are what she needs every day, and no one helping her, except me which is unemployed and don't even live in the same country.
BAD.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Fire their boss and get a new one which cares about people. Nothing personal, they just don't do anything and that is not good leadership.
