Wonderful organization with a great commitment to the dogs and to connecting adopters with the right pet! The fosters have a lot of support and great resources to help them provide the best possible safe-haven for these awesome dogs. OPH is always working to improve its procedures for volunteers and adopters to make fostering and adopting a smooth, safe, and rewarding experience.
