Review for Operation Paws for Homes, N.Chesterfield, VA, USA
Our family have adopted three dogs from OPH -- (Annie - a five year old Golden retriever adopted in July of 2011) - (Sarge - a five year old Golden Lab adopted in January of 2012) and Maggie a 9 year old Bichon Frisee adopted in June of 2012). We chose OPH because of their high standards and the fact that they do not discriminate regarding age, breed or the health of the dogs (or cats) THEY SAVE LIVES!!!!. They are very professional and make sure that the animal fits the home of the adopting family and vice versa. OPH has the most dedicated volunteers giving their time to travel to kill shelters to return with vans full of dogs (and cats) that would have otherwise been euthanized had it not been for them traveling to rescue them. I cannot imagine what animals would do without wonderful rescue organizations such as Operation Paws for Homes.
