Review for The Dragonfly Foundation, Cincinnati, OH, USA
The Dragonfly Foundation provides fun distractions for children while they are undergoing treatment for cancer or bone marrow transplants. During the most gloomy days, The Dragonfly Foundation will surprise children with toys or books, specifically to the childs' liking. When a child can be out in public, The Dragonfly Foundation will send the child and their families to baseball games, to the circus, to an amusement park, to a local theatre to watch movies, and more! The Dragonfly Foundation has provided laptops for Cincinnati Children's Hospitals Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute so the older children and continue with school work or chat with friends via the internet. They want to make this horrible time in a childs life, less chaotic. What other organization wants to help the patient AND their family! They truly want to provide CARE while waiting for a cure.
