Review for Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc, Temple, TX, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Chaplain Fellowship Ministries opened doors for me to minister by certifying me as a chaplain several years ago. I have taken many of the training classes they offer and continue to progress in service to others.

I feel CHAPLAIN FELLOWSHIP MINISTRIES is an encouraging non-judgmental organization that allows accountability to be to the Lord (our true leader and motivator) of the our faith so chaplains may help the lost come to salvation through Christ Jesus.

I find that many people believe in God/Jesus/Holy Spirit -- but often do not attend a church. People who truly desire a minister to baptize, marry, or bury them or a loved one.
Other’s who look for someone they can honestly share a sorrow with; such as a child going to prison, a divorce, the death of a loved one, being a caregiver to a mentally ill or elderly person, even those struggling with abuse by someone.
Some people are home bound for various reasons. (I have been called to tend many in hospice settings).
There are people who just never feel they fit into the organized gatherings of large denominations.
All of these truly need to receive hope through a listening ear, prayer support, and encouragement.

Many people read their Bibles in privacy and do not attend church-- Chaplains compliment local churches by encourages attendance and fellowship with other believers.

I publish a Christian blog called MANUFACTURERS HANDBOOK (http://stuffyouadore.blogspot.com/) and write devotionals at my facebook site (https://www.facebook.com/stuffyouadore).

These sites contain inspirations and teachings for the general public, friends, relatives, and shut-ins to enjoy.

I personally do not consider this an occupation to earn from and I take no compensations, therefore I also do not have tax issues people in ministry often worry about. All my services are free as in accordance with Matthew 10: 8 "Freely you have received; freely give."

I consider my chaplaincy a ministry to the unchurched children of God or to those in various crisis along their life's journey. I do honor and respect all people's mental, physical, social, and spiritual beliefs and do not insist other's compromise to my personal convictions. I do not represent anyone other than Christ -- I do not advertise in any way and I do not enter private situations without an invitation by those in need.

Community Chaplains are needed in many areas of outreach -- Without hesitation I certainly encourage anyone feeling the Lord calling them in this direction to contact Chaplain Fellowship Ministries and apply for training and/or certifications.

Christ has no hands but our hands to do His work today

He has no feet but our feet to lead men in the way

He has no tongue but our tongue to tell men how He died

He has no help but our help to bring them to His side.

We are the only Bible the careless world will read,

We are the sinner’s gospel; we are the scoffer’s creed;

We are the Lord’s last message, given in word and deed;

What if the type is crooked? What if the print is blurred?

What if our hands are busy with other work than His?

What if our feet are walking where sin’s allurement is?

What if our tongue is speaking of things His lips would spurn?

How can we hope to help Him or welcome His return?
