Review for Lord S Pantry of Downingtown, Downingtown, PA, USA
I was laid off from my job. Fortunately I was in a position where I had time to look for work. In tne interim I began volunteering at the pantry and quickly found out how necessary the pantry is to the community. I have since gone back to work but will continue to help them serve the community needs.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
knowing that the time I serve as a volunteer is helping families that are in need of the services the pantry offers.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
to coin a phrase "if it ain't broke don't fix it"
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
knowing that I am helping those less fortunate then myself.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
so sincere in there efforts to bring some good to those who are struggling.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
more than accomodate the needs of the there existing clients along with the new people they get on a daily basis due to the current economic conditions.
Ways to make it better...
it could not be any better than what I have already experienced
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
with all the cut backs today due to the recession, getting the funding necessary to continue the good they do.
One thing I'd also say is that...
they are dedicated to the fact that no one should go hungry.
