Review for Arizona Animal Welfare League, Phoenix, AZ, USA
This organization is amazing!!!! I volunteered for two years and did a college internship here. I am obsessed with dogs, so I was in heaven. I walked dogs, cleaned kennels, played with them in the yards, and talked to people who were interested in adopting them. Staff and volunteers here are true animal lovers. Their AALW walk every year is cool too. This place is a class act and a great place to volunteer and get an amazing animal.

Review for Arizona Beagle Rescue, Phoenix, AZ, USA
When my previous beagle was diagnosed with cancer, I knew I needed a friend to keep her company, lift her spirits, and help me through the transition I knew was coming. I was at Starbucks one day and saw the little slips on the wall with contact info for the AZ beagle rescue. I grabbed one, called it, and before I knew it, I was fostering. I knew really early on I would be keeping my foster beagle; she was a perfect fit! My first beagle, Ally, lived about a year and a half after I got Luna. Luna reminds me so much of Ally and she now has a weenie dog brother. AZ Beagle Rescue helped me heal, saved a beagle and gave her a loving home, and allowed my dachshund to have an amazing sister. Support their beagle fest every year; it is a great experience!
