Review for All About Equine Animal Rescue, Inc., El Dorado Hills, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I have volunteered with several other animal welfare organizations in the past 5 years, and I have found AAE to be one of the most well organized and well kept animal welfare organizations that I have had the joy of working for. As a volunteer, I have helped with Pony Pal birthdays that consists of arts and crafts, petting zoos, and occasional riding for children. All of the volunteers at AAE are very polite, hard working, and determined to give the horses and other animals at AAE good lives while the animals are with the organization. All About Equine has one of the best turn around rates of all the equine welfare organizations that I have worked with. All About Equine also has one of the largest support networks that is comprised of individuals who put time and effort into making AAE an organization that is sustainable and welcoming to the El Dorado County community. All About Equine works closely with many of the community organizations, and will continue to expand with programs that will include working with the disabled, abused women, and lessons for children. I would highly recommend individuals to seek out All About Equine for any aspect, from volunteering, sponsoring, fostering, or simply donating because All About Equine has a very friendly, welcoming, and purposeful atmosphere.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would like for this organization to be able to reach more individuals that have the ability to make changes happen for All About Equine. These changes would include; more land access to help house and rehabilitate more horses so that All About Equine can find them homes, access to highly valued trainers who can help work with the horses and place them in good homes, lastly that All About Equine will have access to sustainable hay and grain sources for the future.
