I also became aware of HAL through FB. I contacted them about trying to catch an injured feral cat. Even though I am way up here in Maine and HAL is in NJ, they gave me tips and suggestions and lots of support and advice and with their help ... I got him!! He is being treated for his injuries and is doing well. HAL has even offered to help with a plan to try to get him socialized so he can be an inside cat. If not, I will release him back into my yard and continue to feed him. At least he will be neutered and vaccinated thanks to the wonderful advice from Homeless Animal Lifeline! This is a wonderful organization with an unbelievable amount of compassion. I will always be grateful to them!
