Review for Homeless Animal Lifeline, Manalapan, NJ, USA
I find the leadership of HAL to be very polite and professional. They do a good job tracking down information and following up as shown in the recent "craigslist suitcase cat" case. Also, they have helped feral cat colony caretakers that I know with food donations.
