Review for Operation Paws for Homes, N.Chesterfield, VA, USA
I've been a volunteer with OPH for 1 1/2 years and have had my eyes opened so wide to the overpopulation epidemic. I grew up hearing Bob Barker tell everyone to spay and neuter your pets. I thought, ok, that's a good thing, but I truly didn't understand why until I learned about the "high kill" shelters and talked with the dedicated people who work there trying to curb the problem. When you have a group of dedicated volunteers all working towards one goal, you can accomplish so much. Think how much more we can accomplish with more volunteers!
