SPCA was wonderful from the very moment I submitted my information. They were xtrmely quick in responding and kept me informed the whole time. If it wasn't for the help of SPCA my little disabled parakeet would not have been able to move from Germany to Florida with me. Lucky, my special little parakeet was born unable to use his legs. We worked with him and he now has use of 1 leg and partial use of another. I knew if I were to leave him in Germany that no one would have loved him and I could not even begin to imagine where he might end up. I explained the situation to SPCA and I was very fortunate that the right people were in the right place at the right time. From the time he left Germany with SPCA to the time he was returned to me, I knew where he was at all times. He was extremely well taken care of, just like he was "their own personal pet". I had cried many nights worried about how I would get my little Lucky bird to Florida. This organization is WONDERFUL!!! I could never ever repay them for the happiness that they brought to me by reuniting me and my Lucky. The people that work for SPCA really love their job and it shows in their care for your animals. Thank you SPCA and thank you personally to all those involved in the transport of Lucky@ I will never forget what you done for me!
