Review for International Fund for Animal Welfare, Inc., Yarmouth Port, MA, USA
I've donated to IFAW for years. They really cover it all and help so many animals in so many diverse areas worldwide. They're there in emergency situations as well. From mammals to marine animals, they are experienced, dedicated and totally committed to make it a better world for animals.
Review for The Raptor Trust, Millington, NJ, USA
The Raptor Trust is fantastic and so necessary!! We started visiting several years ago and always love the experience. It's very educational and a must for children especially, but all ages can enjoy it. Donations are definitely put to good use and much needed to help all of the birds in their care. In June, I found an injured flicker on the side of a busy road, picked it up and took it straight to the Raptor Trust. They took her in immediately, and the process was so simple. I was very relieved that I had a place like Raptor Trust to take her. I was able to follow her progress on line. Unfortunately, she died a few days later, but I was still glad I took her there. Much better than leaving the poor thing on the side of the road with cars whizzing by. Thank you, Raptor Trust, for the care you give all birds and thanks for being there in case of emergencies!!

I love IFAW. I've been donating for many years now and am fully supportive of their far-reaching global work that covers many areas. From helping domestic animals to wildlife rehabilitation to worldwide sanctuaries, emergency response in natural disasters and fighting injustices such as the Canadian seal hunt - IFAW is there. They're very informative, telling members how their donations are being used. I'm very proud to be a member of IFAW.
Review for Animal Place, Grass Valley, CA, USA
The people at Animal Place really walk the walk, and they teach others about the humane treatment of farm animals. The animals that live or pass through Animal Place are very lucky. With organizations like Animal Place spreading the word about what really happens on factory farms and animal consumption, it will be bring more and more awareness and make people reconsider their way of eating. Slowly but surely, their way is working.
Animal Place's staff and volunteers are very dedicated. You have only to listen to their stories of rescuing battery cage hens and rehabilitating and rehoming them to know the lengths they will go to save these precious lives.
I'm happy to donate to Animal Place because I know my dollars are being used wisely, helping farm animals in so many ways.
