Review for Belle Center Inc, Chicago, IL, USA
The Belle Center of Chicago is the reason why my 8 year old daughter is continuing to make progress and strides in overcoming many of her challenges. My daughter has a form of CP and Belle Center has worked with her since she was 5 years old. She receives weekly speech and occupational therapy from two of the most talented and devoted therapists I have ever encountered. The Belle Center takes a "whole child" approach in that they involve the school, the community and the family. They encourage inclusion by treating the child within their natural environments, not in a clinical setting. The Belle Center of Chicago is an amazing organization and depends on the generosity of others to give our children the tools they need to succeed.
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the continued improvement of my daughter through the talents of the therapists who treat her. They represent the mission statement in that they "...provide a progessive, family-centered inclusive approach..."
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the continued positive expectations for my daughter and her growth potential.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
incredibly talented and dedicated to supporting the needs of children with special needs.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
make a difference in the lives of every special needs child and their families in the Chicagoland area. The Belle Center would be the cornerstone for the educational and social success of these precious children.
