I have written numerous emails to Kim Klingler requesting information on how to become a volunteer. Several weeks later received rude response implying that I was not good enough for this organization. I have asked for information on what ISF is currently doing in regards to the animal sanctuary as nothing has been updated in almost 2 years on the site. I would like to help with the sanctuary however, how can anyone help if Mrs. Klingler will not provide helpful information to us as the public. Then there are post such as the one below which ask for 35 MILLION DOLLARS but never says how donations will be used. Makes one question legitimacy of his organization.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Replace Kim Klingler, Executive Director with someone who has a understanding of how not for profits should be ran, and who has some sort of compassion toward the general public when interacting with them.

You can ready many of their success stories here: http://www.isfoundation.com/grants ISF has not asked for 35 Million Dollars. I apologize for any confusion.
