Review for Information Technology Disaster Resource Center Inc, Fort Worth, TX, USA
The folks at ITDRC are best described with one word: Heros. We are a non-profit serving seniors through volunteers in Boulder Colorado. The September flood destroyed our office requiring a quick and wet relocation to a temporary space without any phone or IT service and no way to reach out to our clients. ITDRC to the rescue. Literally. Within hours of relocating, ITDRC had us connected to the Internet and with temporary phones, allowing us to connect with our clients, many of whom had been displaced themselves and desperately needed us. These folks are kind, knowledgeable, resourceful and relentless when it comes to problem solving and there's really no way to properly thank them for what they do.
