My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for ICAN, International Cancer Advocacy Network, Phoenix, AZ, USA
I have been fortunate to work with so many dedicated volunteers over the last two years as part of ICAN’s Research Administration team. I think the most important attribute of ICAN is our quest to always have the timeliest up to date knowledge for doctors, medicines and procedures / trials matched to the patients and families we serve. Most all virtual volunteers rapidly adapt to their assignments from the instructional information we provide and become productive contributors within days of coming on board. The information collected from volunteers goes through a multi-tier process to ensure accuracy and relevance before ever reaching final output for dissemination.
