This organization is not even incorporated in the State of California, and thus not qualified for the status of a non-profit 501 c3 as they claim.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Shut it down as it is a front to money making for private individuals and seeks it support from taxpayer's dollars to pay their rent within the Moreno Valley Mall.
