Review for International Association for Human Values, Washington, DC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I have been involved with the organization since 2019, first as a teacher aide and now as a full time teacher. Over the years I have seen the impact the SKY breathing techniques have had on the students in elementary, middle and high schools. The students often shared how the techniques helped them calm down during stressful situations related to either academics, social interactions, or home environment. They were very grateful for the tools they received to handle stressful situations, since nowhere in their regular curicullum were these important life skills taught to handle, people, situations and emotions. The program is beautifully balanced to ensure a robust curriculum with emphasis on research based techniques for a healthy body, healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle.

Review for International Association for Human Values, Washington, DC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

As our kids grow into into teens our curriculum teaches them everything about human growth and development but does not teach these young and impressionable teens anything about human values that is so innate to all humans. International Association for Human Values fills an important void in shaping a teens character by giving them valuable tools to deal with personal and induced stress and which in enables them to reflect the basic human values. The methodology, tools and techniques offered by IAHV YES for Schools (Youth Empowerment Seminar) program is very unique and has a broad appeal and a wide impact.
