Review for International Association for Human Values, Washington, DC, USA
I volunteer to bring IAHV's "Youth Empowerment Seminar" program to high school students.
This program gives excellent tools to students and enables them to cope with life in a positive way.
Equipped with these skills, students will perform better academically, emotionally and socially.
If we want to reduce poverty, violence, depression and build better societies, empowering our youth is the easy way. That is what YES program in high schools does and volunteering for this cause is very very rewarding.
