Review for International Institute of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, USA
i had the opportunity to do my undergraduate internship at the institute and I loved my experience there. All the employees truly loved and respected their clients and served them well. The resettlement process flowed really well. I absolutely loved working with people from all over the world. It is my passion to love and sever those worldwide. I was trained well while working there. Great experience!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
When laying off employees I would liked for them to give them more notice. Employees could hear as late as the day of that they no longer had a job and needed to get all their stuff out. I understand it has to do with funding and it is possibly out of their control, but could be beneficial to have fair warning.

Review for Crisis Aid International, St. Louis, MO, USA
ICA is an amazing organization and I had the honor to join them in Ethiopia, I was blown away at the work they did and continue to do there. I was in awe of how the community in Ethiopia was cared for by ICA, and loved and respected the care they were receiving. I feel in love with Ethiopia, and ICA opened my eyes to trafficking and have given me a desire to care for young girls who are victims locally and internationally. I pray I can join them on a future trip. It was the greatest trip of my life! Life changing!
