Review for International Institute Of New England Inc, Boston, MA, USA
This organization was a very student-centered, high-quality educational program. The agency had a wonderful work environment, in which staff worked together closely and well. The communication in the agency has changed, to a point where there is very little collaborating and work together as a team to make decisions.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Have people who know the organization add new members to the board of directors. These members should have no connection to current staff members or leaders of the agency, but be completely objective. The whole staff should be in on any changes or program eliminations that will affect staff jobs and workloads.
