Review for King Street Cats, Alexandria, VA, USA
when i decided to adopt a cat i started searching the internet and found ksc. i stopped in one saturday afternoon after seeing a pic of a kitten i just feel in love with. when i got there frank was there one of the foster parents and he introduced me to jenka. we played a while and got to know each other in a private room. i then asked frank if jenka had a brother or sister (my daughter insisted i get her a play mate) and frank said that thatcher was not her real brother but they had grown up together in foster care and they got along very well. i said ok bring him on. so jill franks wife brought thatcher over and i got aquainted with them both. well it didnt take long at all..........they had me in no time. so i made arrangements to come back the next day and pick them up. since last september, jenka and thatcher have been the lights of my life, as i live alone and they are truly companions to me. we have lots of little riturals we do and i wouldnt say i rescued them.......they rescued me. i could not love them more. they are my babies. i thought the people were very loving, caring and compasionate. frank and jill were wonderful in introducing me to my babies, in fact when i got ready to take them, frank started to cry. KUDOS TO ALL OF THE VOLUNTEERS AND FOSTER PARENTS. I have recommended KSC to all of my family and friends.
