Deanna's knowledge, about Raptors and their key roles in our environment is astounding and she strives daily to increase the centers resources and capabilities to better serve the public and the birds. The purpose and educational goals of Wild Wings is to truly help Colorado's raptors while allowing us an inside look at how they eat, fly, interact and function in today's world. From the silent, yellow-eyed gaze of Sophie the Great Horned Owl to the insistent chatter of Cliff, the Peregrine Falcon these birds will captivate and enrich your soul. Whether your 8 or 80 you will enjoy any of the programs Wild Wings offers and I guarantee you will come away with a new understanding of raptors, and even a few fun facts! ( Did you know that the Peregrine Falcon is actually the fastest animal on earth!?)
