I signed up to receive The Project of Government Oversight, aka POGO, newsletter a few years ago, when I stumbled upon an article POGO had written on a subject I'd decided to research further...a subject that was extremely important to me...& should be just as important to ALL Americans...where my tax dollars are going & how wisely it's being spent! Immediately after reading the article, I forwarded the article to many of my friends & family recommending that they too sign up for POGO's newsletters!

I have found POGO to be extremely informative & non-biased. POGO's team of investigators, researchers & journalists provide well-written, informed articles on what our government & it's many agencies are doing & how they are spending our tax dollars...especially their wasteful spending. Most importantly, POGO provides far more relevant, in-depth, well researched, HONEST important information (no sensational/entertainment "news"); which can not be said for the privately owned "news" agencies/journalists...which are owned by the very few, they tell their "journalists/reporters" what they can "report", how they are supposed to say, &, face it, how they must believe...marionettes only. POGO is a watchdog, thus a protector of the average American.
