With new changes this year we are excited to work on new projects to help the communities around us. We hope to bring light to a chronic pain disease that will help those affected from it. Also, we will be making strides with CPR and first aid for the public. Thanks for all your support, we could not do it without all of you.

A new partnership with Salonpas has allowed iPain to reach out and help people with pain. Arthritis pain relieving gel with Diclofenac has been donated to us for out reach programs. iPain has donated to many events like the Arthritis walk, Women's empowering events, Brain Weekend, patients providers and support groups. Team iPain is just getting started and looking forward to helping quality of life on a daily basis.

This foundation offers great education and resources not to mention awareness. Even through the pandemic iPain carried on with their projects. I cant wait to see the next issue of iPain Living Magazine and the 2021 Pain Summit is going to be incredible with all the speakers lined up, i cant wait. You can join their newsletter and get connected to see all they are working on.

The end of another year is quickly approaching. Knowing and understanding a lot of the issues the pain community faces on a daily basis, I feel that iPain Foundation is making a difference. iPain projects are high quality and far reaching bringing information, education and awareness to all corners of the world. Offering online, in person and now virtual education classes from highly qualified doctors and educators to inform the chronic pain community as a whole, iPain is a leader worth following. I look forward to investing my time, effort and energy to this organization that puts morals, ethics and transparency into everything they do from the beginning.

Another year brings on more opportunities to help chronic pain communities from all over the world. I never would have imagined the number of people we have reached at this point. Our projects are more defined and gaining traction all the time. Education and awareness have become very important to me. iPain out reach with new connections are helping bring access to care and new treatment options to pain communities all over the world. I enjoy seeing people get help from some small part I played in their life. This kind of gratification would be hard to match with anything else i could be doing. I intend to keep active and grow the foundation to have the biggest reach possible.

The past 2.5 years of being apart of the iPain's Music Moves Awareness project has been the highlight of my volunteer work. Helping create a music video that raises awareness of chronic pain challenges to the general public was a breath of fresh air, something so outside of the normal projects in NPO's that got over 100 people involved working on a project that helps in so many ways. It was a 5 part project that covered the public, caregivers, and patients at different levels of involvement. We were planting seeds for those who need us in the future and providing resources to those who need us now. Listeners are empowered and inspired with our song. The song Hope is True, lifts you up when your down and brings you good vibes when you need them most. The International Pain Foundation has developed the Music Moves Awareness campaign to increase access to proper and timely care for chronic pain patients. There are over 150 different types of diseases that involve chronic pain. We call on each of you to help us move awareness through dance and song to become one united voice that is powerful and persuasive. We must come together in one motion to make a difference in the lives of those living among us with chronic pain. Check out the video here https://powerofpain.org/

As a part of International Pain Foundation (iPain) i see a lot of lives being touched. iPain is a positive organization that promotes awareness and education for many conditions containing nerve pain as a symptom. It has been a great and gratifying experience helping and getting to know so many people. iPain grows each year on an international level, expanding programs and projects that encourage and empower people living with chronic pain. I look forward what iPain becomes because we have an amazing first 10 years... with the foundation of Power of Pain Foundation. I am so excited to work with many other great organizations along the way. We will continue to represent, bring awareness and education to those conditions less heard of. Together we can make a difference and we look forward to making a difference along with you.

As a part of POPF since it started in 2006 and became a NPO in 2007, I enjoy being a volunteer and board member, and currently serving as the Executive Director. POPF is a strong and growing organization that promotes awareness and education nerve pain diseases. The work being done to raise awareness and access to care is unique and valuable in the pain community. I am proud to be a part of this great #PowerofPainFoundationTeam
