Review for Children International, Kansas City, MO, USA
Best of all the child sponsorship programs. I have sponsored children for several years. Big organization, but their system allows wonderful personal attention to the needs of each child.

Review for Build A Miracle, San Diego, CA, USA
Live changing opportunity to go to Tijuana, Mexico and help many truly needy people. Help comes in many ways: build houses, provide educational scholarship, and occupational assistance.
