I saw a dog posted to Wolfhound rescue from this site and communicated my interest. They were very helpful, and accepted copies of my application to the Wolfhound rescue organisation. The dog was as described, a standard poodle and wolfhound mix--why anyone would intentionally put poodle energy with wolfhound size is beyond me, but no doubt that is why he ended up in rescue!! He has been a wonderful addition to our family. The advice and information provided by the rescue staff was excellent and really eased his transition. They were very professional and I felt I could count on their support with this big smart undisciplined boy as he adjusted to a loving and dog centered home --with rules.
