My daughter fell in love with the picture she found of Chase, our Toy Poodle, on Petfinder. We were looking for another dog to keep our Airdale/beagle mix young (she is now 7 yrs. old). We thought that having another dog would keep her active and she'd sleep a little less. : ) We contacted D & R Rescue and really enjoyed working with Karen in the adoption process. It was a great experience. Karen was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions and was very thorough. She even followed up later to see how Chase was doing. Chase & Lucky really enjoy playing with one another. Having him in our family is awesome!! Thank you D & R Rescue for all that you do !
