I lost my dog Topper two years ago this coming summer. I spent the next several months looking at different rescue operations and the animals they had in hope of finding me a new canine best friend. One of the searche engines put me in touch with Karen at D & R Resuce in Paris, IL. Karen was very professional and helpful. Even more helpful was when she put me in touch with ZIp's foster family. After we decided to adopt him the process was very professional and I felt great about our chances for success. Over a year later I still correspond with Karen and the foster family about Zip's activities. I think that any help given to D & R will yield big returns for the animals and animal lovers like me.
